This is happening to me in the USA app. The app itself doesn't have a way to change languages and my Roku is set to English. My roku subtitles are set to English but on the Ted talks channel, subtitles are in Greek How do I fix this?

I cannot find a language setting on the roku channel. My language settings for both Amazon and Roku are English. I have captioning turned off. They only pop up when forced characters onscreen speaking a different language.

I have the same problem on my Roku device. If I watch the episode on my laptop, the English subtitles appear as normal. If I watch the episode on my Roku device the subtitles are in Spanish. And I cannot change the subtitles to English. Local broadcasters are selling sponsorships to fund the effort. In return, the sponsor usually receives promotions announcing its involvement. National programming is also affected.
